I know it's hard to take good pictures without a tripod/stand ;) You're probably way more experienced in photography than me :p

Sure, and when you cumulate several problems it becomes sometimes a bit tricky ...
But at the same time I feel the tripod kills your freedom (not in this case, easy to put in front of the subject, but when you're looking for a creative angle)

That's the reason why I don't use stands usually - but I don't take a lot of pictures inside churches, too ;)
